  • Do I need to make an appointment to come and discuss my wedding flowers?

    Yes, please contact us to make a suitable time.  Our showroom has many designs, options and colour choices to inspire all brides. Alternatively, the Justbrides website allows you to purchase bouquets and accessories online if you have seen the perfect design or product.

  • How early should I book my wedding flowers?

    It is helpful if you have an idea of style, colour and flower type before you book an appointment so a more accurate quote can be made. That said, it's not essential as we can help you through the process. In fact, we have many Brides who are not quite sure and require some guidance on different designs and styles. A word of warning though, some Brides like to leave their flowers to the last minute, but it is advised to get in early to avoid any periodic price rises or stock shortages. At Just Brides, once you have paid a deposit, it locks in your price and Wedding date. That's our guarantee to you!

  • Do you have a minimum spend on wedding flowers?

    We don't. We cater for weddings of all sizes and all budgets. We do our best to find flowers for every Bride based on their budget. Flowers tend to be the least expensive item for the wedding but make the biggest impression. So remember to have them in all your photos as they create romance and atmosphere!

  • Can I see the flowers in person?

    Absolutely, if you're living in Perth then please contact us to visit our showroom.

  • Can I make changes to my order once I have paid a deposit?

    Absolutely. Once you have paid a deposit, your booking is secured with Justbrides. Any changes can be made including: different flowers, style, quantities and colours. Price variations can occur depending on the required alterations. Any changes can be made up to 4 weeks before your wedding. This is when we confirm the final details and place orders with flower wholesalers.

  • I can't get to your workshop due to living interstate, can I see progress photos?

    Absolutely, we will email you progress photos after we have started creating your bouquets.  If you need anything else then just let us know.

  • Do you sell fresh bouquets and arrangements for the Eastern States locations?

    If you're living in Western Australia then we offer both Fresh and Silk Flowers to our customers. If living interstate then Justbrides can only provide Silk Flower bouquets.  Fresh flowers arrangements do not hold up to the rigours of Australia Post and the hot postal conditions. At Justbrides we want your flowers to be absolutely perfect! That said, our Silk Flower bouquets are equally impressive and look just like the real thing.  We have sourced "real-touch" botancial flowers from all over the world and these days you can't tell the difference from fresh flowers.

  • How can I pay for my order?

  • Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

    It's not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
