  • Do you include Australia Post Insurance?

    Absolutely!  In fact we don't send any order without postal insurance.  Why?  Because sometimes parcels can be damaged, lost or stolen via Australian Postal services.  Paying a few dollars more gives you that extra added protection when things go wrong.  Insurance allows you to lodge a claim with Australia Post and get replacement products from Justbrides.

  • Can I pick-up my wedding flowers when ready?

    You sure can!  Perth brides are welcome to arrange a time to collect their wedding bouquets from our showroom OR Justbrides can personally deliver them to 1 or 2 locations for a small fee of $25 or $35 AUD respectively (Perth metro areas only). WA regional brides can also collect their wedding bouquets OR delivery can be organised.

    NOTE: Justbrides can only post artificial bouquets to WA regional customers and also interstate customers.  This is due to large distances, lengthy postal times and the fragile nature of fresh flowers.

  • Can I pick-up my wedding accessories?

    Perth metropolitan orders can be collected from our workshop or shipped via Australia Post. Interstate orders will be shipped via Australia Post or Courier and charges will be calculated at checkout based on our flat rate shipping. Wedding accessories are always shipped separately to flower orders to minimise damages to your flowers.

  • How does Justbrides "Hire and Setup" work?

    All hire products must be delivered and setup by Justbrides due to assembly requirements and to minimise any damages. A one off delivery and setup fee of $100 (AUD) will apply for Wedding Hire within the Perth Metropolitan area.  This fee covers delivery, ceremony and reception setup including: coordination with venue staff and post event collection.  The hire expense must be paid prior to your wedding day to secure the items.

    NOTE: All regional Western Australian areas will be assessed based on location, distance and travel time. Please contact us before checkout.

  • What's your "Damage on Arrival" policy for Wedding Flowers that were sent via Australia Post or Express Post?

    If there appears to be any damage, please indicate this immediately with your postal staff upon receiving the items and you must complete a green 'Customer Service Complaint' form ASAP.  Assign the entitlement to the sender and keep the strip with the reference number.  Make sure you insist on your rights to lodge the form with Australia Post since they will do everything to prevent paying claims. Then email us the reference number and we will attempt to take it from there. We will replace or refund your order promptly where necessary ie) damaged, missing or stolen goods - and you need not wait for the whole claim process as that's our commitment to you!

    NOTE: All damaged items should be returned to Justbrides for wholesaler processing and return.

  • What's your "Damage on Arrival" policy on Wedding Accessories that were sent via Australia Post or Courier?

    In the unusual circumstance your accessories are damaged or defective upon receiving them, then please contact Justbrides immediately so we can organise replacement accessories for you. Accidents do happen using Australia Post but Justbrides are here to help you through this small hurdle and get you back on track.  All defective items should be returned immediately to our mailing address and once received then Justbrides will refund you the shipping costs and send you replacement goods.  To help speed up the process, please take some photos of the defective items and send them to us for processing.

    IMPORTANT: We can not replace food related products that has had the protective plastic removed and/or been tampered with since this is an "Australian Food and Safety" violation.  If you're not sure then don't touch it and contact us immediately.

    NOTE: Wedding accessory orders from Justbrides are sent separately to your flowers and are either sent from our workshop or directly from one of our wedding wholesalers to minimize delays.  Don't be surprised if you see another company's name on the delivery box, this is just us ordering on your behalf and saving you expensive retail and shipping costs.

  • What's your return policy on orders if I've changed my mind?

    Justbrides will start an order 8 weeks prior to your wedding date due to purchasing, preparation and making your items. We cannot refund during this period as purchases have been made on your behalf.  However, if before the "8 weeks preparation period" and no purchases have been made, then a full refund can be made minus any credit card processing fees that Justbrides have incurred.  In our many years of experience this hasn't happened yet due to the lovely brides that we attract. :-)

  • What time and day will my order arrive?

    While we can't predict exactly the time and day Australia Post will deliver, generally it will take 5-10 days across Australia OR 1-2 days for Express post. It is not necessary to wait around for its arrival - if you are not there when it arrives it will be held at your local Post Office ready for collection. Tiny orders in red bags are often left at the discretion of the mail deliverer.

  • I received part of my order but the other box(es) didn't arrive?

    Large orders are generally broken up into multiple boxes to prevent damage to flowers. All flower orders are dispatched the same day and it's been our experience that they will arrive on different days, usually the following day or the day after.  Justbrides has no direct control over Australia Post and their delivery methods (but we wish we did! :-)

  • Can you deliver my flowers on my wedding day?

    Yes we can if you are located in the Perth metro area. Justbrides can take care of every aspect of your wedding flowers including Delivery, Set Up, Collection, and Transfers (allowing you to reuse the flowers from your ceremony and then be transferred to your Reception). Setup and Hire fees do apply, contact us for further details.

    NOTE: If you live in Perth then collection of your wedding flowers and accessories are available to save on delivery fees.
